1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and jaya9 bd (hereinafter "jaya9 bd", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the jaya9 bd online gaming platform available at jaya9-bd.im and any associated mobile or web-based products operated under the jaya9 bd brand.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Obligations

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds credited to a jaya9 bd account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is not confirmed until jaya9 bd's system has accepted it and deducted the corresponding stake from your account balance. Any bets placed during a period of technical interruption or connectivity failure may be voided at jaya9 bd's discretion.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict jaya9 bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Amendments & Termination

jaya9 bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting withdrawal conditions, bonus eligibility, or player rights — jaya9 bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification displayed at the next login. Account closure by the player: You may close your jaya9 bd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. 12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jaya9 bd operates as a platform directed at the Bangladesh market and takes compliance with applicable Bangladesh consumer-facing standards seriously.

Dispute resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your jaya9 bd account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any aspect of these Terms, you should in the first instance contact jaya9 bd customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through direct contact with jaya9 bd support, you may escalate the matter in writing by providing full details of the dispute, all relevant dates and transaction references, and your desired resolution. jaya9 bd will provide a written response to all escalated complaints within 10 business days.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between jaya9 bd and the player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
